Donate Manager sells nothing that affects PvP balance: no enchanted gear, no epic jewels, no A/S-grade, no enchant scrolls.
Donations
Everything that affects PVP and PVE is earned in game only. There is no other way to get it for anyone.
Can be bought:
- +quest items: 1-2 profession, 4-5 clan level, passes to the epics, subclass (Star of Destiny) and noblesse (Caradine's Letter)
- +hats
- +character service: sex, hair, nick change, skill removal etc
